If you ask small, little prayers, you’ll get little results. But if you pray big prayers, you’re going to get big results. Matthew 9:29 says, “According to your faith it will be done to you.” (NIV). If you’re going to see God’s surpassing greatness , go beyond praying little prayers and ask God to do something big in your life. God is longing to amaze you with His goodness. Dare to stretch your faith. God wants to give you the secret petitions of your heart.
I thought it was:
1. Yes
2. Not now.
3. I have something better.
High school again!
For a final English project, I had to do a speech in front of my entire class. I was the only one in my batch who did it because I was on the Honors track, having reached English PACE Level 1144. I know that was just gibberish to non-ACE students. Anyway, I focused on the spirit of thankfulness and contentment in my speech, and I remember using a slightly revised version of this to end my speech.

um… NO! That’s about the dumbest thing I’ve heard (no offense) lol We were all destined to be with God. Adam and Eve messed it up, separating the human race from God! But when Jesus died on the cross, he broke the veil which gave us access to the original plan that God had for us: to be with Him! All of us! We all have access to being with God, but some people don’t accept it, hence they go to hell not heaven. Does that make more sense?

I believe in Jesus, my Lord and Savior. This is what God told me to tell you:” I have a plan for you. I have a plan with all of my children, but since you are all humans in nature, you take detours from my plans for you. But don’t worry, I will guide you to the place I have for you.” His words, not mine. :) Basically, I believe God has me in His plan. Of course I might go on a detour, but He will guide me to the end. Just like a video game: the road breaks, you have to go through zombie infested houses with traps and stuff, but the whole point of it is to get to the other side of the road. Does that make sense? :)
